the room was very very comfy and tidy. the staff was also very nice. i appreciated the timely shuttle to and from the airport.
they had no facilities for eating at the hotel except for a coffee bar with limited options. the hotel also charges $25 a night for parking, not the $19 stated.

I appreciated the convenient free shuttle. It ran frequently to yvr. i found it easy to walk across the bridge to the skytrain, this provided simple access into the city center. the staff responded quickly to all requests, especially for extra housekeeping services.
the fan in the washroom did not work.
